Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our Policy for Cancellation and Refund is as follows:
Cancellation request must be received in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will reply with a written acknowledgement confirming the cancellation and process refunds as per the following policy:
(a) For Cancellation request received 7 days before the program, we will refund 100% of the fees received.
(b) If Cancellation request is received within 7 of the program, we will not refund, but will provide you the option of adjusting the fees against subsequent training program from CFO Bridge.
In case of your No Show for the training program, we will not be in position to refund the fees received.
CFO Bridge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training program at any time. If CFO Bridge cancels a training program in which you have enrolled, we will contact you at the email address provided at the time of registration and based on your instructions either i) refund the amount collected or ii) adjust the same against the revised date of the same training program or against any subsequent training program from CFO Bridge.
For payments done, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 working days from receiving the request.
