He has worked extensively in India and ASEAN countries. He is a qualified Management Accountant (CMA – India and CMA – USA) and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C) after having completed the Senior Management Program (SMP). Atul brings a unique combination of business and corporate experience, acting as a strong enabler of growth. He has raised funds through Private Equity and various financial institutions, and has worked in both listed and VC/PE-driven companies, giving him a deep understanding of shareholder expectations. . Atul is hands-on in transforming early-stage companies into structured, professionally managed organizations. He has led structured financing, financial planning, and technology evaluation and implementation, including ERP. He has built and led teams tailored to each business vertical.
