The partner on engagement was Mr. Ramakrishnan Subramanian (Ramki), Partner at Bangalore office, who did a thorough job starting from drafting the job description, screening candidates, interviewing them, shortlisting suitable candidates, being part of the final interview process with the Management team, negotiating with candidates on our behalf and handholding is through the entire hiring process. In the middle of the year, Uncia faced a challenging situation when our Head of Finance had to leave us at very short notice due to health reasons.
