Bala has over two decades of Financial Leadership experience in diverse industries such as Telecom, FMCG, Automative, Private Equity and Agri Fintech. He had Executed multiple roles in Bharti Group from CFO and Global Financial Controller of Listed Entities to being Operational CFO, Global Head of Shared Services and Head of Post-Merger Integration. Outside of Bharti, he had held the position of CFO for TVS Capital, Ninjacart. He brings in strong business partnering capability to find solutions for the customer and operational challenges. He had Co-owned P&L with the business heads to drive profitability through pricing and cost initiatives. He had worked on business process transformation such as re-engineering of the P&L; transition from Franchise Owned Operations to Company Owned operations. He had worked on multiple green fields and post-merger integration initiatives. He was a key leader in the Setting up of Global Shared Services in Bharti and comes with the experience of implementing various financial systems. He worked closely with the Board and Audit Committee there by bringing in strong governance and compliance capabilities.
