Shilpa Deshmukh is an experienced finance professional with 25+ years of experience. After starting career in a subsidiary of Philips, Shilpa moved on to hold various leadership positions Philips. Her experience varies from controllership and business partnering of the businesses, consolidation and preparation of financials and presenting MIS to the Board to setting up shared service centers, migrating the processes to outsources service providers and business transformation. Shilpa’s strength lies in business process improvement with optimum utilisation of ERPs and effective handling of change management. Shilpa has also handled SAP implementation projects effectively in large multinational organisations as well as small SMEs.
